• Cancelation: Reserving your appointment takes away the chance for another client to book for that same time slot and the opportunity for our staff member to earn additional income. Hence, we ask for a one-day cancelation notice. Further, appointments booked on the same day are considered final. You will be charged for the full value of the service.

• No-Shows: Although, we will be helpful as much as we can because life happens. No-call-no-shows and same-day cancellations are not entitled to a refund. You will be charged for the full value of the service.

• Timeliness: We may need to alter your service if you arrive late. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late (with no refund).

• Tipping:  Although gratuity is discretionary, your gratuity helps us retain the best talents. If you do not leave gratuity on a service properly provided, we reserve the right to charge 18% on the service fee. 

• SMS opt-in: We may reach out before the service for clarification and after the service to follow up.
